Meet our Friend Heinz Kulüke

Father Heinz Kulüke was born in 1956 in Emsland, Germany.

After graduating from secondary school he completed vocational training as an electrician. After receiving his vocational high-school diploma he went on to study electrical engineering in Bielefeld. He discontinued his studies after two semesters and obtained an Abitur from the 'Städtische Gymnasium' in Bonn.

He went on to study philosophy and theology at the 'Philosophisch-theologischen Hochschule der Steyler Missionare' in St Augustin, completed his Masters degree in Washington, D.C. and later his PhD. In 1986 he was ordained as a priest and since then he lives in the Philippines. Along with running many social projects in his ”spare time“, Father Heinz teaches philosophy at the University of San Carlos, and leads the order to which the University also belongs. He lives in Cebu, Philippines.
